When you drive past a horse and rider travelling in the same direction in the same lane, what minimum passing gap must you leave?

The same condition also covers cyclists, pedestrians and other non-motorised users. Slow and wait if the gap cannot be provided safely; do not squeeze past or hurry them with the horn.
